When people ask us what we do, we often have a hard time answering with a simple catch phrase... Do we talk about the complex phasing of the renovation of an Emergency Department? Do we quote passenger flows, wayfinding, and baggage screening strategies that we visited and revisited while designing an international and transborder airport terminal? Do we illustrate the architectural strategies that we&##39;ve developed that help change the medical model of nursing homes into a Philosophy of Living? Do we describe the celebration of a marginalized community in their new church? What about our passion to influence positive change in the mental health care system?

Our projects are almost as diverse as our creative, energetic, and enthusiastic staff of Architects, Technologists, Designers, Interior Designers and Administrators.

We love to work for Clients who take care of people. We see Architecture as a process that reaches beyond bricks and blocks in bringing the best to life through spirit-enhancing and therapeutic environments, systems, operations, and the support of philosophies of care.

From our beginning in 1982 as a healthcare-based Architecture, Planning, and Consulting firm, we have grown to provide architectural, equipment consulting, programming, and construction management services in healthcare, research, education, airport, and other public, institutional, and high-tech facilities.

We participate in international consulting and design work in Austria, Turkey, Lebanon, Trinidad, and Guyana. In Canada, we have worked in the Atlantic Provinces, Ontario, and above the Arctic Circle.
